We are a firm dealing in wellness and fitness through yoga. With an ever expanding team of teachers and students today we have many centers in Kolkata – mainly in Newtown and Bhawanipore and also conduct online classes.

 

“Tapas” – means practice of self-discipline, self-control, perseverance and austerity. The word tapas is derived from the Sanskrit root “tap,” which means to heat or to burn. Without the above mentioned factors one cannot attain power or purification of the soul. Similarly, without enough practice one cannot perfect anything. Tapasya or Tapas is necessary in being successful.

I am practising yoga with Tapas Sir and he is a dedicated yoga teacher. He uses different forms of yoga, stressing strength and flexibility with wonderful stretches by giving thorough attention to detail and demonstrating each and every pose.
